Who We Are

North Country Behavioral Medicine was founded in 2017 by Medical Director Dino Santoro, MD, with a mission to provide comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care to our region. Since our founding, we have grown significantly to meet the vital needs of our community, expanding into a larger, state-of-the-art facility in Plattsburgh, New York, in 2020.

Driven by our commitment to broaden regional access to exceptional care, we extended our reach across state lines in 2023 with the opening of our clinic in Colchester, Vermont. Continuing our mission to serve the North Country, we are proud to announce the upcoming opening of our newest clinic in Malone, New York. Today, North Country Behavioral Medicine stands as a premier, multi-disciplinary practice dedicated to delivering compassionate care and lasting results to patients of all ages.
