BiographyCarissa Provost is a compassionate, client-centered Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel empowered to grow and heal. She began her career as a school-based clinician with BHSN, working alongside children, adolescents, and families throughout the county. In this role, she developed extensive experience providing individual, group, family, and crisis interventions while collaborating with schools and community providers to support each client's unique needs.

Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood dysregulation, life transitions, shame and guilt, and challenges with setting healthy boundaries.
Personal LifeOutside of the therapy office, Carissa enjoys spending time outdoors in the sunshine, playing with her dog, and making memories with her family.
