BiographyErin Brassard brings over two decades of extensive nursing and care management experience to her role as Clinical Team Lead at North Country Behavioral Medicine. She earned her AAS in Nursing from Clinton Community College and went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Erin’s diverse and accomplished clinical background includes working as a Registered Nurse in Med/Surg and the Emergency Room at CVPH. She spent several years as an RN Case Manager specializing in wound care, assessments, and comprehensive care plans for patients of all ages. Recognizing her passion for dedicated, targeted care, she shifted into specialized Care Manager roles, coordinating complex treatments, performing critical triages, managing transitional care, and acting as a certified smoking cessation specialist.
As the Clinical Team Lead at North Country Behavioral Medicine, Erin combines her deep medical expertise with her natural leadership and case management skills. She is dedicated to guiding our clinical staff and ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of compassionate, coordinated behavioral health care.
Personal LifeOutside of the clinic, Erin enjoys outdoor activities in every season and spending quality time with her family and friends.
