BiographySarah is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to promoting mental wellness, resilience, and lasting healing for adults across the lifespan. She provides compassionate, nonjudgmental care, meeting individuals where they are and creating a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.
With dual certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Sarah approaches care through a comprehensive, whole-person lens. She recognizes the strong connection between mental and physical health and understands that emotional well-being, physical wellness, and daily functioning are deeply intertwined. By integrating evidence-based medication management with therapeutic interventions, she helps patients achieve meaningful improvements that support both symptom relief and overall well-being.
Sarah believes that effective mental health care is built on trust, collaboration, and individualized treatment. She partners with each patient to develop a personalized plan that reflects their unique needs, goals, and values, providing guidance and support as they work toward greater balance, resilience, and long-term wellness.
To establish a strong therapeutic foundation, all initial psychiatric evaluations are conducted in person at our Colchester office. Follow-up appointments may be offered via telehealth for established patients when clinically appropriate.
