Dorothy has been a cornerstone of North Country Behavioral Medicine since its very beginning. Having stood alongside the practice’s founder from day one, she has played a vital role in nurturing the clinic from its early roots into the thriving multi-provider practice it is today. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University, providing her with a unique perspective on the intersection of human behavior and supportive healthcare administration.

Before directing her talents to behavioral health, Dorothy had a career in the corporate and financial sectors. She spent many years in customer service within the financial services industry. She later excelled in Quality Assurance Testing at a small software company and eventually rose to Project Manager at one of Canada's largest wealth management firms.

Bringing this powerful blend of clinical psychology background, high-level organization, and technical leadership to our Plattsburgh office, Dorothy ensures the clinic operates at peak efficiency. Outside the office, she is a proud mother of two. She loves cooking, taking long walks with her beloved golden retriever and spending time with family and friends at local community events.
