Arlis has spent multiple years managing school-age student caseloads for BHSN, delivering direct behavioral therapy, goal setting, and immediate crisis management to build long-term self-efficacy and prevent inpatient hospitalization. Additionally, Arlis has served as a Mobile Crisis Team Intern providing on-call community intervention , an Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) Counselor at SUNY Plattsburgh providing academic and social mentorship , and a Self-Direction Staff Professional with Residential Resources.
