BiographyAmanda Frederick is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who brings a dedicated, growth-minded approach to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults. She has a strong background in school-based mental health, having served as a School-Based Clinician at Behavioral Health Services North (BHSN), where she provided individual psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and specialized mindfulness and nature-based regulation groups for clients aged 11–18. Amanda's eclectic clinical experience also includes serving as a Mental Health Technician in the inpatient psychiatric units at CVPH Medical Network, facilitating comprehensive group programs focused on healthy communication and coping skills.
