BiographyEmmalee Colby is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner who brings nearly two decades of broad clinical expertise to our behavioral health team. Emmalee earned her Associate Degree in Nursing locally at Clinton Community College before completing her BSN at Chamberlain College of Nursing (graduating with a 3.99 GPA) and earning her Master of Science in Nursing from the prestigious Duke University School of Nursing (GPA 3.9).
Emmalee’s rich clinical career spans emergency and trauma medicine at CVPH, neonatal and pediatric care at Fletcher Allen Healthcare, and comprehensive primary care across the North Country at Lake City Primary Care and Hudson Headwaters. Throughout her career in primary and emergency medicine, she worked collaboratively alongside behavioral health specialists to support patients managing complex health conditions, stress, and chronic health challenges.
At our clinic, Emmalee blends her rigorous medical training with a compassionate, holistic approach to mental health. She recognizes the intricate relationship between physical and psychological well-being, utilizing an integrative, patient-centered model to help individuals achieve lasting wellness, emotional regulation, and an improved quality of life.
