Biography

Patricia Cook is a Board-Certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FPMHNP-BC) with over 15 years of deep clinical and psychiatric nursing experience providing comprehensive behavioral health care to patients of all ages. She brings specialized clinical expertise in psychiatric evaluation, complex diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for a wide spectrum of mental health disorders.

Over her extensive career in the North Country, she has managed diverse patient caseloads, supervised multidisciplinary teams of clinical staff, and worked closely with facility leadership on practice protocols and compliance guidelines under state oversight bodies. Highly proficient in crisis intervention and acute risk reduction, Patricia's clinical scope also covers the evaluation of neurocognitive disorders, including utilizing targeted diagnostic assessment tools for memory difficulties and dementia.
