Katelyn joined North Country Behavioral Medicine in June 2024, bringing over a decade of hands-on healthcare administration, clerical coordination, and patient care experience to our team. A Champlain native, Katelyn earned her Associate’s in Health Services Management from Clinton Community College before completing her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management at SUNY Canton.

Katelyn’s career is deeply rooted in the Plattsburgh community, with specialized experience across regional mental health, addiction, and outpatient care settings—including roles at Clinton County Mental Health and Addiction Services and Conifer Park. Grounded in empathy and clear communication, she excels at helping clients navigate available resources, intake protocols, and scheduling. Katelyn is dedicated to creating a supportive, well-organized environment where every patient feels understood and well cared for from the moment they reach out.
