Nora Ray
Administrative Assistant
BiographyNora is one of the welcoming faces and voices that helps our clinic run smoothly every single day. A dedicated Plattsburgh local, Nora brings years of invaluable experience in the North Country’s behavioral health landscape to our team. Before joining us at North Country Behavioral Medicine, she spent many years supporting community mental health initiatives at Behavioral Health Services North (BHSN), where she mastered the ins and outs of patient coordination and administrative care.
For Nora, administrative support isn't just about managing schedules or handling paperwork—it’s about creating a warm, organized, and stress-free environment for patients from the moment they reach out. Her unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life comes from her 20 years as a military wife, a journey that took her all over the United States and to the Philippines.
Personal LifeWhen she isn't keeping our office in perfect order, Nora is heavily involved in the local music scene. A passionate vocalist, she shares her talents across the community, singing with the Plattsburgh State Gospel Choir, a local women's gospel quartet, her church, and the Boobie Sisters. She is proud to call the North Country home and loves bringing that sense of harmony and global perspective into our clinic every day.
